The power of the mind has paved the way to success for so many people. Throughout the history, people have achieved happiness and lucrative businesses and careers with their strong motivation and solid personal conviction, which are incidental elements of the power of the mind.

Did you ever believe that you mind can help you make your desires and wants in life happen? The truth is that it can. Developing your mind power is the key to living the life that you desire, conquering your dreams and overcoming your present circumstances in life.

The good thing about developing the power of mind is that you don’t have to sit around and wait on what you want to happen because it will come to you. Just by imagining that your life is everything you already dream you want it to be, all things that you desire can be yours. No, this is not magic, but merely the awesome power of positive thinking. Basically, what you think and imagine is what will come to pass in your life.

Consider the way you picture your life to be years from now. In your mind, you unconsciously develop a whole reality with everything that is in it revolves around everything you wanted. With mind power, you indulge yourself to these thoughts, setting it as a motivation to work your way to make that world happen. With this kind of visualization and positive affirmations, you increase the strength of your positive mind power.

Take some time out of each day to meditate for at least 30 minutes. During this time, feel free to use all of the techniques necessary in order to live the life you dream of.

Keep a journal and write down the things that you want in your life. If you want to lose weight, pretend you are already thin. By believing that it has already happened, the reality of it will not be far out of reach.

Practicing meditation opens doors to your subconscious minds. Along with self-hypnosis techniques, it helps unlock the power of your mind to empower yourself and make you able to work out your way towards achieving successes in life.

Practicing positive affirmations during your meditation is highly recommended. Be committed to the good things that you see and acknowledge every positive change that happens in your life. This should give you enough motivation to go on and strive to successfully reach your goals in life.

Not all people find it easy to meditate. If you experience difficulties in doing it, use positive affirmations like, “I am strong, I am motivated and I can do this!”, “I am full of energy, I am able, I am focused”, or “I will obtain everything that I wanted and desired in this life”. Chant these lines aloud, say them over and over when you are meditating, chant them until you finally believe them as it is the key to making them happen.

When you do visualizations, paint a picture of your desires, needs and wants in life. Paint this picture in your mind. Imagine yourself living that life for that life can be yours.

If you are currently suffering strings of bad luck, that could b a sign that you are full of negative energy. Bad luck is a manifestation of bad thoughts clouding your mind power to attract positive energies. Thankfully, mind power is powerful enough to help you rise above any circumstance that you are in.

To make good things happen, you have to attract positive energies. In this case, positive thoughts attract positive energies and negative thoughts attract negative energies. It is all about how you perceive life. The power of the mind can help you live the life that you desire but you have to put it to good use before you can make your dreams happen.

By using your mind powers, you have the ability to have anything in life that you want. The mind is a free resource and it is unlimited, all you have to do is use it.

When you look at everyone around you, there are two types of people in the world; the positive ones and the negative ones. Those who are negative expect the worst throughout their day and end up with it. The positive ones have positive things constantly occur.

A great example of this is if you want a job that pays a lot more money. Just by using your mind powers it can become a reality. However, if you are defeated and negative in your thinking right from the beginning, the worst will usually surface. This is because you allow your mind to fill up with doubt. The problem is negative thoughts manifest into negative actions, which can play a major role in your day-to-day life. If you don’t learn to alter your circumstances you will stay in this mode the rest of your life.

Your perception is your reality and also the way everyone else views you. If the employer you want to work for sees that you don’t have faith in your abilities, they’re not going to chance it.

Now on the other hand, you will have the right attitude if you know you know you are the best at what you do. Those powers-to-be will see your self-confidence and put more faith in your work. The mind powers you have within you can help produce a happier life in all aspects.

While positive thinking is the key, your mind powers can also form negative issues. Whether its depression, heartache, or a life full of tragedies, we attract circumstances in our lives just by the way we think.

Take for example the individual who wants to lose weight. If they don’t think they can lose weight, then the self-doubt has already set itself in this particular person’s mind. Then when the time comes where he/she passes by something like a fast food restaurant, the mind says; “Well, I’m not going to be able to keep up with this anyways so I might as well indulge myself.” If you want to exercise to shed the pounds it is even more difficult. Often time’s people will just give up due to not believing it’s possible.

However, you can change this just by taking advantage of your mind powers. This is what fuels you in everyday life, and when combined with physical action you can achieve anything. If doubt forms then you must remove it before it manifests into something bigger.

In the end it’s your mind powers that control everything in life. How many times have you or someone you know have an argument with a spouse after work. Most likely the initiator was already upset before they walked through the door. Maybe they had a bad day at the office or traffic was a disaster, but if you can learn to hone these temptations the evening will be more present.

If by chance you hate rainy days, chances are you will be depressed if you look outside and it is raining. This will have an effect on your entire day. However, if you can figure out the secrets to developing new thoughts, you will have a more positive outlook on the day and your life. In the end, we all have negative thinking patterns, but lucky for us the mind is an easy thing to change.

Doubting Thomas – we wall have doubts. But, God can speak to us, even in our doubt.

“How will God let this happen?” is a common doubt.  ” I want to believe, but I have all these doubts”.

It’s OK to question. The presence of faith doesn’t mean we have no doubts.

God is moved by our faith, but our doubts do not push God away… it can draw Him closer. It’s OK to wonder where God is in our life.

God feels our pain, as Jesus was certainly there during His bouts with the cross. Jesus even had questions: “Why have You forsaken me?”

God responds to our questions. He knows we are not perfect. We don’t have to be strong all the time. Even Jesus couldn’t carry his cross on his own.

When we are down, God will always send somebody to help us. It is OK to fall, but we must not stay there… get up!

God shows up in our moments of doubt, so that our faith is restored.

Doubts are in our heads…

God is looking at our hearts!

To create abundance is a state of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well being. It is beneficial to think positively and to harness the state of abundance both internally as well as externally. You need to allow yourself to heal by letting go of the past. This is going to be a challenge but you will be able to move on.

There is always a point in your life where you will be unhappy. You become unhappy with your job, your career, your home life, your marriage, your friendships, and more. This unhappiness is caused by the not being able to create abundance in your life. Abundant life is not about material possessions that you can acquire. Look at the rich, no matter how much money they have it seems as though they are always struggling with something. They do not need their riches to be happy. They are missing out on abundant life.

You find abundance by working on your values, beliefs, thoughts, and feelings. Evaluate all the negative ones and get rid of them. Train yourself to be more positive about life. Positivity breeds change in thinking, actions, communication, and goals. Learn to be positive no matter what state you are in and you will be living a brand new life just by doing that.

We can find the spirit of abundant life all around us. The world is rich with positivity. Its just sad that not many realize this and choose to live life in negativity. Be open to positive things and receive it with your whole mind and heart. Get rid of all the negative for it only blocks abundance from coming in. Learn to forgive, get rid of shame and anxiety, anger and hatred, bitterness and unforgiveness. Release all negative feelings so you can perceive more and be able to accept abundance in your life.

Its also vital to put an end to unsettled things in your life. These are like evil demons eating away your happiness. Stop giving in to failure and hurt. Stop the cycle. Finish with the past and run to the future with positivity. You are sure to create abundance in doing this.

Changes are to be welcomed though difficult they may be. Welcome positive changes and aim to make the best out of everything you go through. Live and work in a positive perception of the world and grab every opportunity to make positive changes in your life. As you see each one keep your focus on. This holistic attitude gets you abundance.

Do not be selfish. As you increase in abundant life you will naturally be more generous towards people out there. In being generous, you help people, you help change your neighborhood and you help change your world!

Mend your relationships with everyone. Sometimes people get distracted by their own problems and they forget that others may have a problem too. Its important to focus on simple things in life that make you happy and others happy as well. When you work on abundant life you will get a healthier mind and body.

We believe that we have goals and dreams…

It takes a long time and we may get discouraged…

Just because it has taken a long time does not mean that God is not working. If we stay in faith, God promises that in time, it will come to pass.

The Lord is my helper and He will not fail me.

I see how big the problems seem… and I will keep my trust in Him and God will find a way.

We need an unshakable confidence. I trust and I boldly declare that God is my helper and I declare it out loud. It looks bad, but God is my secret weapon that is unseen and He is my helper.

God is always faithful to His word.

If we are going to get our desires, we should have already got it – in time. Do I go by what I feel or do I believe in God’s promises to me? God has the final say, every time, regardless of my logical feelings and in spite of how I think I feel or how long it has been.

We gotta remember God’s blessings. He has been good to us. When we had holes in our shoes, so that when we stepped on a piece of gum, be knew what flavor it was… look at my shoes now. Good has been good to me.

We need to start talking it up… How good God has been to us – tell our story to all – share God’s blessings to encourage us and to help others.

Look up, not down. Look for all the blessings we have received. Remember all the people that God has placed in our lives.

When we share our faith, we become stronger in our faith, and our story can help others have faith.

It is not how I feel, it is how much I am committed.

What others say in the way of labels about us is not the real us. We should not believe the labels, especially if they are negative. What others say about us is not what God says about us.

Labels hold us back. We must remove labels in our mind if we are to rise to the next level to become everything God has created us to be. God made me and he didn’t make bad stuff — I am a child of the Most High God.

They may call me “nerd” today… and “boss” tomorrow.

Most times the labeler is just jealous.  If they can make me smaller, they become larger in their minds. I am not what they call me… I am what I answer to!

My best days are still in my future — God is a God of second-chances. Other people may give up on me, but God never does. People look at the outside, God looks on the inside.

People who have known us the longest are the slowest to accept our changes. I am not what they say I am; I am what God says I am.

1 Chronicles 4:10 –

I can, with the help of God, expand my territory — by substituting new thoughts for old thoughts. I may not see the way, but that doesn’t mean God doesn’t have a way. God is not limited by the laws of nature.

I believe I was designed for increase, above and beyond, and I plan to have everything God intended me to have.

We must humble ourselves or God will humble us. God has a way of getting our attention. We can come down, much quicker than it took us to get up. It is easier to stay humble early on, but more difficult after God increases us.

Remember, it is the Lord our God who has given it to us. Without goodness and mercy of God, we wouldn’t be anything nor have anything.

1 Peter 5:5

King James Bible - Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

New Living Translation - In the same way, you younger men must accept the authority of the elders. And all of you, serve each other in humility, for “God opposes the proud but favors the humble.”

God will give us His favor. If we walk in humility and give God the credit, we will gain God’s favor.

We must not get so stuck on ourselves that we can’t see God. With more humbleness we get more success. “God help me to stay little in my eyes…” – there is not limit to how high God will send us if we keep the glory in God. We must remember to get more humble when we experience more success.

I must be more humble myself so God doesn’t have to humble me. I have it all by the grace of God.

1 Corinthians 15:10

King James Bible - But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

New Living Translation - But whatever I am now, it is all because God poured out his special favor on me–and not without results. For I have worked harder than any of the other apostles; yet it was not I but God who was working through me by his grace.

We can think of pride as a poison. Pride puts poison in our engines. I am where I am today because of God’s favor, and God, I give you the honor.

God will take us places we have never dreamed of, and He will provide abundantly, above and beyond.

But, we all must do our best to develop all our talents, then give God the credit. Let’s be quick to give God the credit and stay in amazement of what God has done for us – remember where we go the good things: from God and not let our miracles get old and become stagnant.

God resurrected Jesus from the dead. God can resurrect anything in our life – health, relationships, job… any of our circumstances. We just need to be believes, not doubters.

The way to activate God’s power is for us to declare the power of God.

We we open a door, things in our house come out. When Jesus looks down on us, He opens the door to heaven and things come out.

Prayer: we pray that we would be slow to speak and quick to listen; to look for things unseen; to obey God’s voice.

If we believe in God, He will make it happen for us in His Way, in His Timing.

God has great things in store for us. Deuteronomy 7:9 (New International Version) – Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands.

Leaving a Legacy of Faith

Jesus went before us. They crucified Him. He was resurrected so he could save us from our sins.

The Scripture says for us to store up mercy for our family to come. We are where we are because somebody, in our family before us, caused mercy to be stored up for us. It didn’t start with us individually. It started in a previous generation. Somebody in our line honored God. They planted seeds and God is now rewarding them through us.

We didn’t get where we are on our own. We got that big break because somebody in our lineage honored God is some way.

We must live our life so that we can help our children win. Someone in our family after us will be credited for what we do in our lifetime. God will not only bless us, but those that follow us.

I am blessed because someone who wet before me was a giver. When we make choices that honor God, we put deposits in our mercy account. We make deposits in our mercy account when we make the right choices.

God promises that He will look favorably, not only upon me, but also for those who follow me. If we keep our mercy accounts full, He will show favor to me and all my family after me.

God doesn’t always give us what we deserve, but more because of the mercy built up for us from those in the past. God is honoring others by being good to us.

Mercy is past from generation to generation. We can help favor for our generations to come. Do our best today, loving sewing, and thereby, adding favor for generations that come after us.

I want to do things that will help my descendents that come after me.

Bad things can also be passed on. But God has promised to reward good things much more for thousands of generations.

We can leave a legacy of more than cars, houses, money… we can leave mercy.

The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is within us. We are anointed and blessed with the power in greater forces than those against us.

We can start our own honor of mercy, so God will honor our families to follow – generational blessings. Blessings will always override curses.

We will become everything God has created us to be.

Notes:

God wants to amaze us with his favor. Blessing of the post are not as increased as the future will be.

We should enlarge our vision: doors will open, people will cross our paths, gifts of talents will come our way… all the greatness of God’s favor.

Our job is not to try to figure everything out – just believe and look for limitless grace of God. We will be amazed and so will those around us.

We need to get in agreement with God and He will release his favor in amazing ways. Stay in faith. He will amaze you and all the nay-sayers.

Some my think we have reached our limits. But favor is coming like we have never seen before. Grow strong in faith by giving praise to God.

There are “who would have thought” moments in my future. And I believe that God’s power is at work in my life and He has amazing things planned for my future. God is accelerating things in our favor. All I have to do is get in agreement with God and let His promises take root in my heart.

Put expectation in our spirit: Yes, Lord, that’s for me… Become a believer, not a doubter. Increase is coming that has not ever been thought of before… not the way I have seen before. Believe, don’t try to figure it out.

Are you someone that wants to have more peace in your life? Do you want to feel calmer and need a way to rid yourself of the challenges and frustrations your day brought? Like many others, you may want to look into mediation for this. The following information describes ways that will help you learn meditation.

Before meditating, it is important to select the right area to do it in. For example, a noisy and busy area is not ideal because there are too many distractions. Choosing a place that is quiet and does not contain distracting elements is the best choice. This can be a backyard, a bedroom, a living room, or any other place that one finds peaceful. A relaxing atmosphere is essential.

Relaxation is an important part of meditation. A mind that is busy and thinks about too much will cloud the mind and then the body cannot relax. Getting rid of all the thoughts will not be easy but is important to do. One method of doing this is to breathe and then focus on breathing. Practicing this numerous times can cause calmness and will put the body and mind at ease.

Some mediation techniques involve visualization. Being in a calm and relaxed state and visualizing something that is also calm and serene is a form of meditation. Things that people often visualize are calm and beautiful places such as a desolate beach, an island, a garden, forests, and other natural areas.

The power of positive thoughts replacing the mind of all other thoughts is another form. It is thought that this produces positive energy and will benefit life. Thinking of positive things can be simple, such as thinking about animals, flowers, and other things that are preferred. Or, recalling a positive memory that was happy and caused a positive feeling when it occurred is another option.

Yoga is also a form. This type not only focuses on breathing techniques but also on poses and strength. Poses that strengthen the body and the core for certain periods of time are performed while focusing on breathing. This not only benefits the mind, but also the muscles and other parts of the body.

Those were a few methods to learn meditation. These methods are meant to cause relaxing effects and make you feel calmer and at peace. You can meditate anywhere as long as you choose an area that is quiet and not distracting. You can do it.
